Horrible service. Treat you like gold when your spending 40,000 on a truck but like garbage when you need service or they change the rules about a warranty they conned you into paying extra for. Experience has been awful. Looking for a new vehicle now and definitely will NOT use Dave White.
Richard Burch in the used car dept., is AMAZING, my mom bought a car and he showed her the best patience and he even told her what every button in the car does
Have received great customer service in the past with service department. I called about a part that malfunctions sporadically and was told by customer service representative that if the part is currently working they can't fix it under extended warranty because if they guess and they're wrong Dave White chevrolet eats the cost, his exact words. I'm sure a few parts out of their pocket to provide excellent customer service wouldn't be sacrificing much considering I've spent thousands there in the past. I will never return.
Best dealership in town..hands down!
