I have bought quite a few vehicles from various other car lots, but I have to put Dave smith car lot at the top. My salesman was Jack, he was very professional and wasn't pushy at all. Also have to give props to Craig for going above and beyond for me. Thanks for the awesome and smoothest sales process Ive ever been a part of. I highly recommend this place and I will be back soon to pick out a new truck!
Nancy was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and delivered it. I had been to several different lots and they had their own agenda. They tried to sell me a car I didn't want. I told Nancy about this experience and she went above and beyond for me. I have extremely limited time. She was honest about the timeline and clear about the expectations of the process. This place is ridiculous. I have a 2017 vehicle leased through Dave Smith with oil changes covered during the duration of my lease. The cashier tried to argue with me that it wasn't covered. After standing here waiting for her to talk to person after person to verify. Finally after the cashier spoke to everyone in the office they came to the conclusion that it was indeed covered. I'd rather pay for an oil change then deal with this place ever again!!!

We bought a 2015 Jeep about a month ago for around 35000. A nice car with a bit of a shifting problem. Once the deal was done we have been unable to get service done and get nothing but the runaround. The service manager Al has promised us a callback with an apt time twice and no call. This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. They are dishonest and don't care about you at all once the deal is done. Be cautious.

I bought a used Dodge Magnum about 3 weeks ago and everything was great But when I got home I could not find the key to the wheel locks so I called my salesman and he said he would have it mailed to me ASAP well that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received the key I have to have the front suspension of the car fixed and new tires put on.
