I DID and am currently STILL HAVING, a horrible experience with Dave Smith in CDA. I purchased a vehicle from you about two weeks ago, and was assisted by Curtis and Paul. The worst and most unorganized car dealership ever!!! Was told the vehicle was available, so headed out to find out that it had a hold on it!! When you call for sales no one answers , on line chat doesn’t know anything!!! Will never be back!

I hate to do this because I know as a business owner in our community how terrible it is to get a bad online review. With that being said, I have received the worst customer service and treatment at Dave Smith I will not recommend or purchase another vehicle from them and I am glad the process is over.

please read.....I recently lost 4wd drive in my 2008 dodge ram 1500, and actuator was the only thing not engaging, I would turn the 4wd on and the 4wd light would just blink. I replaced the actuator thinking it would be a easy fix still had the same problem. Did some power/ground troubleshooting with a mechanic and everything seemed to be working properly.
