We just purchased a 2016 Buick Regal and the next day we noticed that the bottom cover on the driver's side mirror was missing and the wire to the turn signal light was hanging loose. We immediately contacted the salesperson, and he said he would have the service dept. contact us. We followed up the next day when we didn't receive a call, and were reassured that the salesperson would have the service dept call us. It's been over a week, and we still haven't been contacted. I work with Waldo and he did an over the top job! He worked with me for over a month to find the perfect car. Once we found the car he answered every question I had, which let me tell you were a lot! When I bought my 2009 Toyota Sequoia 2 1/2 years ago, I got an extended warranty since it was higher mileage and I drive a good bit. I had most of the cost of my car in hand from an insurance pay out. The finance team assured me that if I hit the mileage before the warranty ran out that I would be able to cancel it and not have to pay for it anymore. There service department sucks. I had a diagnostics done on my car for a cost of $110.00 the repair cost was over $2000.00. I chose not to do the repair at that time. Car is driveable so brought it home. I called last Wednesday to schedule an appointment and was transferred to a voicemail and left a message and didn't get a call back.
