HORRIBLE customer care. I bought a 50k car from them on the promise they would replace the windshield. They went back on that when THEY had to re schedule the install. when i called to re schedule they refused to replace it. I will NEVER give them or either of my families (who have bought countless trucks from them) ever again. Josh from sales is great. the sales manager on the other hand is not. Never got back to me and when i finally got a hold of him he told me i signed some stupid piece of paper and was l past the 30 day... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can not believe the experience we’ve had with this joke of a dealership. We bought a truck 3 months ago from sales guy Ty Nelson and a week after purchasing the check engine light came on. The transmission was completely toast. There’s an exhaust leak. The list goes on. They had to COMPLETELY REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. Josh in the service department is outstanding. Other than that, every single person I’ve spoken to has been rude, degrading, passive, L... read more

A couple of weeks ago my family and I purchased a used Yukon from Dave Smith CDA. They disclosed to us an issue regarding missing TPMS sensors and an o2 sensor that needed to be replaced (and that was even a hassle to pry from them, the original salesman I spoke with tried to tell me it had to do with California emission standards and the codes didn't mean anything.) Knowing they were fairly cheap repairs, I agreed to just take care of those issues myself to get the purchase price lower. I get the vehicle home and after very... read more

I purchased a pickup from Dave smith and a couple days after all the service lights on the dash came on. I took it back to have them look at it and turns out the transfer case was bad as well. My salesman told me that it was a “wholesale”pickup but didn’t explain what that means. Apparently it means something is wrong with it and they don’t want to put money into it. Well now I am paying another $3200 for the pickup and the sales department said I bought it “as is” so I’m out of luck. If you buy a pickup you would expect tha... read more

So about a month ago I got an amazing deal on a trade- in 2015 Dodge Journey! It only had about 88,000 miles on it and the only thing that really needed to be done were the breaks and routers (or so I thought)! So I had gotten the car literally two days after it was traded in, which meant it didn’t get detailed nor did the safety check get done until two weeks later. All in all I wasn’t worried about it, my sales agent (Greg) was awesome! Dealt with me going back and forth for a day because it was my first time buying a car ... read more

Terrible customer service due to lack of staff communication/ cut throating each other. Went to look at a truck and three of the trucks we were interested in were missing keys so we couldn’t test drive. Our salesman went to look for the keys and couldn’t find them so we were told we had to wait for the key tech which would take an hour. Then we see the truck we wanted magically pull around in the lot. New sales associate had the keys to all 3 trucks trying to make a sale. Long story short, we didn’t get the truck we were rea... read more

Just purchased this beautiful upgrade from Nancy & Tony @Dave Smith CDA, easy and amazing to work with. Made buying a car easy as eating pie (even with not so great credit). 🥰😎😇
