VERY dishonest. Stay far far away. Terrible leasing broker and even worse as a dishonest person. He will find anyway to serve his own interests over those of his client. BEWARE.
Dave purchased a parcel of land from us signing the buy/sell agreement that only a single family home would be built on the property. Now a year later it has been graded for a parking lot.
