I really enjoy myself I needed a vacation and I enjoyed every second of it.
We celebrated our 12 year old grandson's birthday there. The children had never been to a D & B's and we're blown away. The lights dazzled and the games were very accessible Eben though it was a crowded Saturday afternoon. We tried several menu items and the food was fresh and hot. Our "hostess" for the evening was attentive and friendly and made sure that we didn't want for anything. The tickets, when turned in, were able to be exchanged for nice prizes . The menu has improved since my husband and I last visited.
First time I have ever been. I usually take my kids to chucky cheese. This was much better. I didn't eat there, next time I will try that, but without my kids. I think the food there is more something I would do with an adult. I like it though. My kids just would waste it and I don't want to blow money on something they would waste. The arcade area was great and blows chucky cheese out of the water.
Never had a problem until yesterday. It was so crowded. Waited over an hour to be seated at a table, and when we do, the cook messes up my boyfriends order not once, but twice. Now i will say this: our waitress, Summer: best waitress ever. She was the only one running around and working hard. Other than yesterday, everything was good. They need to work on hiring more staff when it gets busy like yesterday.
Very very fun place exelent food and game people are nice a me helpfull the waitress was very nice a hard worker me my wife had allot of fun
I love this place... � it is loaded with fun and satisfaction is guaranteed...
We walked in and were told to seat ourselves. When we went to find a seat we were stopped and told that she would seat us. We waited for 5 minutes to be seated. We got our appetizer and after a few bites noticed there were several small pieces of tin foil in it. We told our waitress who then just took it away. No manager came to apologize, nothing. For it to be my boyfriends first time eating here it'll probably be our last!
My husband and I have been together 10 years, been to MANY restaurants, including the D&B in Panama City. We are here now at the one in Jacksonville and receiving the worst service we've ever had together. Our sever is Rina, we waited 15 minutes before she came to the table to even take our drink orders. She has a table of 8 people behind us and has been catering to them religiously. Great place to be, I heard there's one in Orlando but I didn't go to that one, Jacksonville ' s Dave N Busters is the best.
