Well thought I would give this a try for Melanie's birthday dinner and my Fathers day dinner. Had not been to one since 1996 in Cincinnati when we opened Roberd's Grand. Had to wait about 20 min for a table, no big deal, it is fathers day, sunday so its gonna be busy. Our waitress was great but the management had her waiting on 3 different areas, none of them close to each other so she was ran ragged. We came and i asked to have game turned on tv by us by four different servers it was so hot poured sweat whole time due to construction waitress was heavy set soaked with sweat def not appetizing to have someone bring your food pouring with sweat ordered two drinks from bar they made the drinks wrong had to return them i ordered food with side sweet potatoes fries them didnt bring it had wait get cooked because she didnt turn t in with rest our order first time here and i was so excitrd come have drink play some games have b... read more
Went there tonight with my husband and friend. The arcade was great but the restaurant sucked! The wait was super long, and our server was terrible! Waiting 15-20 minutes for a soda , and my husband ordered a beer tower and the pourer had mold or something in it! Totally gross!! When it came down to the bill our server shorted me $10! N9t sure if I'll be back!
Had to walk to the front desk after being seated because our server never came to our table, when she did she couldn't get our order right, rarely checked on us and never refilled our drinks. The dining areas temperature was extremely warm and everyone sitting around us were complaining as well. As for the game area, there was broken glass in the bathroom sinks and some games were sticky from someone's drinks. Over all cleanliness was very poor and employees were rude.

The Games are Awesome!!! But the Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I told several people but did nothing about it. The Dinner service. Food was good but the Service was terrible. I'll be back for Games. But eat and use bathroom before you get there. AND NO CHANGING TABLE.
Wish they had someone who would answer the phone, staying at hotel close by and tried to place a to go order but no one would pick up, just kept sending back through que. Went in and they were not busy, had to wait 15 minutes for order when I could have been unable packing. Will give them one more try.
