Very good food and awesome games to play. Especially that they have a great place to go to for fun and entertainment.
Called there 3separate times to set up a birthday party for my daughter no return call. I even went there to see the social manager and waited for over 45mins she never showed up. Left my information at the front desk a 4th time no response. Won't ever spend my money in your establishment ever again. Its bad business and very unprofessional.
This place is awful. Saw stealing, fighting and I will never bring kids here again!

Last visit was awful! I tried to use my D&B gift card that I've used twice before to pay for my food and I only had the gift card number that I got from my best friend who is a manager at a Greenville, SC location. Gave it to the waitress and she said "I can't use this. I need the physical card." I told her I've don't this many times before. She said she had to get a manager. Great customer service. Little black hair chick at the bar is the best at making drinks that I've ran into so far. When the games are having issues the technicians are usually very understanding! Saw someone trying to steal tickets from a machine, don't steal from Dave and busters! If you do that then you ruining it for the rest of us! They have to make their money in order to keep such great customer service!! Keep up the great customer service we love it here!
We normally love this place however our last trip was a huge disappointment. Way to many small children running around l and the women's bathroom was disgusting. The bathroom was flooded with no caution signs up. On a good note the food and drinks were great and the weight staff was amazing.
A 2 hour wait for a party of 3 and a nearly 1 hour wait at the front desk. The hostess informed the building could now accommodate the amount of people there. As we were walking toward the gaming area, the clean up staff walked right in front of my son and I without an excuse me or anything! Not happy at all!
The bathrooms were awful...worse than the Gate station.
