We had a great time great waiter the food was great .... great atmosphere
It was my first time going and I really enjoyed it
The customer service is terrible. The 3 people working in the prize area were rude to my two children and even moved my 4 year old out of the way so he could straighten a toy. A game was broke and we looked for 15 minutes to get a refund on our chips. We used to go every Wed, but I don't think we will be back for some time hopefully with people that enjoy their jobs.
The food was tasty,but philly cheese steak was entirely to light on the steak. Very little meat in the sandwich. Drinks (forbidden fruit sangria) was delicious. Games were fun.
Our server was the best!! Food was awesome. Surprised my son with a brownie walnut cake with whipped cream and chocolate since he left for the air force today
The remodeling was nice. Our waitress was super and the my kids had a blast playing the games! The 5 for 5 platter was tasty! Only complaint is the price of the show cone drinks... For 9 bucks a pop the glass should be bigger.
I had a awesome time at Dave n buster's. The food was delicious. The games where fun got a cheese cake shot. They could have left the pool tables but I had lots of fun can't wait to go back
It was my first time there and I will be going back with more friends. From walking in the door to getting a table the staff was the friendliest people in Jacksonville. I loved it.
Busters again i went there on Friday and spend lots of my money there paid 45 bucks for games and my food bill was 125.00 well the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The waitress forge my signature. And wrote in the tip line of what she wanted (give her tip in cash)��� THE waitess didn't even wait on my table she didn't get my food for me (another waitress had to take my order ) (another waitress had to keep filling up my and my kids drinks) my waitress was no where to be found i was the for over 3.5 hours it took 45 mins to g... read more
