Their customer service you will be seated and the wait staff takes literally for ever to attend to you this was after I went to the manager,bar staff,and other waitresses in the facility trying to find out who was assigned to my section we were having a birthday party and could never get seated I the dine I section wait was two hours long... had a blast other wise and spent a fortune...I would not likely go back the experience.
We stood at the dining area waiting to be served. No host greeted us. One of the other workers saw us looking around and decided to seat us. A waitress did not come to our table even though some waitresses were passing by heading to other tables. I went to the customer service area to speak my grievance to a manager and the lady behind the desk was complaining about the lack of employees. Great place, great food, great entertainment for family.
I'm from New Orleans and this was my very first experience with DnB. I was in Jacksonville, FL for a week and went to their DnB 2x. Great food, service and games! Can't wait to go back to another DnB!!
We had the best time! Food was great, including the service and all the games were new and working well!!
