Desk made it clear that the lane 11 the lane she was giving us time would start at 12:00 even though we were not finished ordering our shoes. The keypad was not functioning properly and we just entered a letter instead of name. The balls kept getting stuck so we each had to use two bowling balls . I informing Mgt. The lane worked right for a few frames. Bowling is lots of fun and makes everyone happy. I was not happy. Stay off Lane 11. Enjoy

We arrived with a huge party!! Our waitress Jenn was absolutely wonderful. The food area wasnt that packed at the time we all sat down to order and we had asked if someone else would be assisting her. We were told No ! That no other waiter wanted to help? Ummm really? How could a manager see this one big table and NOT get extra help??? Jenn was great and smiled and assisted all she could when she could! The food took forever! (Not her fault) but was great! First time visitor. Both myself and my daughter got sick on the food from the restaurant. And they had vomit in one of the games!
