This was the worst Dave & Busters that I have ever been to. The service in the restaurant was horrible. The waitress demanded everyone that was ordering to give their debit card to hold to open a tab before you could order anything. She was very rude. We only had two adults and one child. We observe other tables that did not appear to go through the same process. The desert was brought out first. The ribs were fried too long and they said all the ones in the back were the same. Came here on Saturday 1/20/18 and will not be back. We went to every bar they have and all the bartenders would just look at you and not ask what you needed and when they did ask we stood there waiting on our drinks for 45 minutes every time!!! Horrible service and rude bartenders.
Dave n busters bartenders or mixologist whatever you call them these days sucked so bad! Didn’t get another round of beer after 45 minutes later. I had to get up and tell them that they should be paying attention to the other side too. Not just one side.We did Enjoy everything else though. But the bar sucked!!!!!!!!!!! ������
Granted it was the night of christmas, but at least pretend to work. The hostess let us walk past her and sit at the bar tell us it was closed, she finally she decides what table she wants us to sit at. NO ONE came for at least 20min, a server even had time to pull out her chips and eat them instead of helping us. All i wanted was a watermelon margarita and banana foster before heading back to LA.
