We purchased our 2019 Columbus 298RL fifth wheel from Dave Arborgast RV. We were very pleased with our salesman, Jon Hampton, and with the service folks who did the walk-thru and showed us how to hook up a fifth wheel safely. We upgraded from a regular trailer, which we loved, but the fifth wheel will give us more space and some advantages in towing. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
We just purchased our first RV from Arbogast. We bought a 2018 Rockwood Ultra Lite. Our salesman was Jerry Berry. We liked dealing with Jerry & we didn’t feel pressured. Our walk-through was with Gary S. We knew nothing & he was very patient with us. I would like to thank Chris Edwards for making sure that we were very satisfied. We are very happy with our purchase & we highly recommend Arbogast. The general manager, Gary, was great to work with as well!
My husband sent an email that he was interested in a certain camper we saw online. We received a call back quickly from Tyon Brown gave us information about what they had on the lot. I went on my lunch break on Monday met with Tyon and he let me walk through the campers we were interested in. He was not pushy at all which was so great, he walked me through two campers twice and talked about our kids and the room they would have in the campers. Facility is the best..from the clean, modern building, to the great selection of rvs on display, to the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff, we just can’t say enough good things about Dave Arbogast RV Depot! We drove over 1,000 miles from central Florida to buy our new Forest River Rockwood camper! Thank you to Tyon Brown for the professional and pleasant experience. We had a great experience with Dave Arbogast RV. We met with Jon Hampton and he spent a lot of time listening to our needs. He also worked very hard to get us a selling price within our budget. We also enjoyed speaking with Gary Yoakam. Gary was also very attentive to our needs. Both of these men have served this beautiful country and exhibit solid core values and work ethic in their workplace. It was a pleasure working with everyone and we will be back in the near future.
