The Price was right but after the sale they disappeared. I live 8 hours away from the dealership and when I call with some questions nobody has time or is able to answer. I've been told several times I'd get a call back but it's been two weeks and nobody calls. Just know if you buy from Dave Arbogast you will be all on your own after the sale.
RecommendedPurchased 2 Winnebago TT from here. First one was not planned but we couldn't argue the cost over lodging 70% of the year for my husband. 8 months later, upgraded so the whole family could travel. We just purchased a Winnebago Micro Minnie from Dave Arbogast. John Etzler was our salesman and he made the entire process easy and painless, both before and after the sale. We had a lot of questions and John patiently answered them all very timely. We got such a good deal that it was worth it to drive from Colorado to Ohio to pick up the camper. I called Arbogast to see about warranty work I needed done on our Rockwood Windjammer we bought and picked up June 2, 2018. The sales service was good but then the brick wall went up. I was told they could not even get my trailer in until Aug. We only had the trailer out 2 times and the sink fell out in the kitchen area. We were going to see if we could fix ourselves but we came to find out no brackets were ever installed just caulk. Can not use with no kitchen sink. Good luck after the sale.
Bought a new camper 7/2017 the tech preparing it tore the floor when running slide out. 10 months later they have had my camper for 3 weeks. They never called to fix it even know the service guy said the day we picked it up he was ordering the floor and would call.... never a call from wade. Sorry sorry sorry volume dealer that don’t care about the customer!!!!!
