Bought a 2018 in July of 2017, got over to pick it up and it had a hole in the flooring, so wade, in service dept, was suppose to order our flooring to replace it. Didn’t hear a thing from them so called Wade month ago. He said he’d look into it and get ahold of us. For us purchasing a fifth wheel out of state are sales person Stacy couldn't of made it any easier for us he was honest and when we should up all the staff there are very friendly. We would highly recommend them to any one the service and business is very AWESOME...thanks again

RecommendedCustomer service and transparency! I drove from Colorado and could not been more happy upon seeing my new Micro Minnie. My salesperson Brad was very helpful, Nick the manager made a point to come and meet me, Steve did a great job with walk through and Matt very helpful with the "money" issues. The people!! I paid for my camper and asked about a gooseneck hitch adapter, not buying a fifth wheel to put in my truck. Waited about a month and asked several times not 1 word from Stacy Trissell, not 1, about paying before you would install, even offered to send a check if they emailed or faxed me a bill. Just wanted it done. So the day before(which is today 4/27/18) Stacy tells me I have to pay for it first. That is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My husband and I just purchased a new travel trailer and Dave Prosser made the buying process so easy and smooth. He showed us only the rvs that fit what we were looking for and then went out of his way to find one with even more specific options that we had mentioned. There was no pressure and no games. Matt Jennings made the loan process much less stressful and took the time to go over everything with us. Thank you for such great service and making our rv purchase enjoyable

On Friday, March 30th, after 2 plus years of researching RV's, my husband and I flew out to Ohio to pick up our 2018 Coachman Leprechaun!! What a wonderful, easy experience we had. I purchased a used Diesel pusher - was told all equipment worked and tires were in excellent shape - not the case. They have not stood behind what they presented - follow through to resolve has been non-existent. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. Contacted owner with no response.
