RecommendedWe were able to just browse the many models without the big pressure of having a salesman following you around. Loved the Low Pressure shopping journey since we are just beginning our search and are trying to figure out our styles.
Even though we experienced a few bumps in the road after our RV purchase, Chris & Rob have been trying to get our issue resolved and we certainly do appreciate their efforts and are extremely pleased with our RV purchase.
If price is your only concern, this is the dealer for you. They would call 2 or 3 times a day while I was looking. As soon as you write the check, the friendship goes away. Service has a bunch of rude, sarcastic people. If it worked during the walk through, it's your problem now! Within 30 days I have had 3 seperate issues with the same response; "we will get to it when we get to it", "it worked when it was here". The only response is, bring it back in a we will call you when we can get to it.

We recently purchased a Motorhome from Arbogast RV in Troy, Ohio and we could not have had a better experience. Our salesman, Isaac Combs, went above and beyond to make our purchase a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We bought our Camper in June and I have just now had the time to write this review! I just wanted to say how wonderful we were treated by the employees, especially Lindsay Jackson (loved her!) in finance and Dan Eggleston in sales! Thank you Lindsay and Dan for everything! We could not be happier with our new camper!!
Let me start by saying if you are looking to buy an rv this is the place to get one. HOWEVER, if you are looking for service I would not recommend them. I called to get a tuneup for the generator on my rv and was told it would be $99.00. When I called back to pick the rv up I was told the bill was $147.00. When I asked about the difference I was told that the quote was just for labor and not the oil or filter. Imagine my surprise.
