Do not advise ever having service work here or even buying a new RV here unless you want nothing but waste of time and money!!!!! They say they checked everything (they don’t) they say they ordered the part ( they didn’t) BEWARE if you stop here!!!!
I was just notified that Arbogast RV is backing out of a deal that we had working. This is due to the fact that the RV we want to order will not be ready until spring 2021. How on earth is this our fault? My wife and I have been working through this entire pandemic. We simply wanted to order this camper that we planned to have until we retire and then upgrade from there. Our salesperson was great, not her fault at all. RecommendedFirst I would like to say Gary in rv management is awesome at his job. He tells the truth if you need it or not and if it fits your budget and family. Aaron Asbury in service is awesome. We have been thru so much with our coach since we have bought it. They have been there when I've broken down, I've gotten mad. but that didn't stop them from helping. this are awesome men. All I can say is if I had read the post, before purchasing we would not have gone here!! It's true they do not care once you have purchased an RV. They do not follow up and Customer Service is terrible. I left a message for the owner to call weeks ago and have not heard from him. I was in customer service for 27 1/2 years and would never treat a customer the way they treat people. If you would like I can send a detailed list of our interactions with this dealership & service department.

We bought a 2015 Coachmen Mirada and also bought an extended warranty which is a good thing. The first time we had to leave we get a call from the police telling us our motor home had been broken into and two tv’s were stolen which WE had to pay for and replace. We had an air conditioner that went bad, yes it was covered but we had to pay for the shipping. !*BUYERS BEWARE*! This was my first RV purchase and first visit to Dave Arbogast RV. It was down to buying either this model from Dave Arbogast RV or 2021 Wolf Pup from Paul Sherry. I wish I would have went to Paul Sherry and this is why. While making my decision I was measuring 2 campers side by side and figuring which one I wanted. This past week I picked up my 2021 Airstream Interstate 19! I have been working with Mark Bensman! He has been outstanding to work with! Back in February after talking with him for a long time he was able to order me exactly what I wanted! Unfortunately due to Covid 19 our delivery of early April got delayed three times!
