Dave skillfully and professionally helped us purchase a house here in Naperville. Dave understands the real estate process very well: both the buyer's side and the seller's side. He advised us very well in creating an offer that would be both attractive to the seller and reasonable for us buyers. The sellers accepted the offer, and we couldn't be more happy with this purchase. Dave is also patient and great at explaining things. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!

Dave was our realtor when we were looking for homes in Aurora/ Naperville area. Dave is upfront, very responsive, knowledgeable and gives great guidance when needed. He will look at the family and make sure he understands their needs and recommends houses that meet the criteria. He won’t rush you into things and will work with you at your pace! He is now a great friend and someone whom I still keep in touch. Dave would be a great realtor for anyone. Words don’t do justice to what Dave brings to the table. He is just amazing!
