Dale was awesome. Really made us feel welcome and it felt like we were buying a car from a longtime friend. Dealt with all of our questions and concerns and even provided options of vehicles for us to check out, which we appreciated. Matt was also great on the finance side. My husband & I had a great experience with the service department today! My husband, Anthony called late yesterday evening & spoke with Ken. He explained our situation & that we are commercial haulers so we needed fixed up pretty quick. Ken got us on the books for an 8:30 appointment this morning. As soon as we got to the dealership we were waited on promptly. Ken explained everything as the tech looked over our truck. went in to purchase a vehicle i was looking forward to buying, showed up today and one of their salesman who is allowed to take vehicles home still took it home and scratched it up, and chipped the paint. The deal that was offered to take the car still was certainly not worth it, disappointted and beyond frustrated, with no real help or offerings made to make me want to spend any money on the vehicle
This is the best dealership I have done business with. We drove from Michigan as they had a vehicle that I was interested in. Got there as test driving check engine light came on there . If we fix the check engine light problem, would you want it. We said yes. As service was closed for the day as it was later and weekend when we got there. They told us they would bring it to us after they fixed it. They asked how soon I needed it.
