Went to put an animal down, they were more concerned about the money rather than the wellbeing of the animal and did not show any empathy at all even though I was visibly upset.

We’ve been visiting this clinic frequently as our cat has been very unwell, and have been seeing Dr Shalini throughout. She is an exceptional vet - incredibly attentive and caring, and she makes you feel as though your animal is her only patient. She remembers every detail, genuinely cares about our cat’s wellbeing, and takes the time to listen. Her approach is always thorough, and she will make time to see your pet whenever needed.
