Went to put an animal down, they were more concerned about the money rather than the wellbeing of the animal and did not show any empathy at all even though I was visibly upset.
Very easy & efficient service
We’ve been visiting this clinic frequently as our cat has been very unwell, and have been seeing Dr Shalini throughout. She is an exceptional vet - incredibly attentive and caring, and she makes you feel as though your animal is her only patient. She remembers every detail, genuinely cares about our cat’s wellbeing, and takes the time to listen. Her approach is always thorough, and she will make time to see your pet whenever needed. Very bad experience. They made a mistake with antibiotic dosage for my pet - 10 mL per syringe instead of 1mL required. If we would not check before administering, it would most definitely kill my bird. This is medical malpractice and must be stopped. I am going to fire a formal complain to vet authorities calling for qualification audit for this vet practice.
