If i could give 0 stars I would I called up as we thought our dog was needing to be put to sleep i got told that they were fully booked and that I can be booked in for an appointment the next day you guys are a joke and my dog needed life saving surgery and is in surgery now I would definitely change your website as I didn't get the support your website offers
Too pricy no pensioner discount available this vet has gone downhill since the previous owner I once had several dogs taken here no loyalty no help for pensioners pretty ordinary I will go to Albion Park vets from now on when you ask for a discount none given you go elsewhere and get looked after this just demonstrates the gouging some vets do in rough times and high cost of living vets can do better even PayPal pay in 4 rather just carelessly offering high interest vet pay and washing hands of you if I had have known of ang... read more
Went to put an animal down, they were more concerned about the money rather than the wellbeing of the animal and did not show any empathy at all even though I was visibly upset.
