Booked an appointment for my cat that was having some slight trouble breathing - was called into a consult room by an older gentleman (didn't introduce himself so no name to go by) my cat was very nervous and hiding in her box, it usually takes some encouragement to get her to relax and come out but this vet didn't even attempt to reassure her he just grabbed her by the scruff and pulled her out, I wish we had left right then.
