Never visited this clinic before and was seeking a mole check. Made an appointment the week prior for 3:30pm. At 4:15 I approached the reception desk and asked if they could tell me how much longer I may be waiting. The young lady politely apologised and went to see. Ten minutes later she returned and informed me the Doctor couldn’t tell her how long she would be. So, needless to say after an hour and fifteen minutes of sitting idle, I left without a skin check. Pretty disappointed

Very good service at counter and very welcoming and doctors so lovely and helpful all best for all staff
