I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dan Firks as my rental agent manager. He allowed the previous tenant to break the lease with very short notice and left the house dirty without any compensation. He broke the managing contract and failed to return the remaining management fee ($900). Additionally, I deposited $500 for emergency repairs, which he has also not returned. Mr. Carlsen listed and sold the house he lived in for over 22 years. I found the entire process to be cumbersome because of Mr. Carlsen’s unprofessionalism when it came to rectifying issues found with the house. Consistently “moved the goal posts” with regards to closing and nothing by “double talk” between what he told his lawyer and my realtor.
