Purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey with 21,500 miles in January 2019. I was told the vehicle had a brake job completed, but that turned out to be a lie. Just had the vehicle serviced at Honda with 30,000 miles and the front brake pads are at 50% life remaining, down to 5mm thick. New pads are 11mm thick. Vehicle shifted funny during test drive, but I was told that is the way CVT's (transmissions) behave. I now have Honda looking into this issue as it is NOT normal and something is wrong with the transmission/torque converter. Th... read more
Best in the business hands down, Shout out to my man Bryan L. he is the definition of cool & professional, they are all about serving their customers at all cost. I came there for one vehicle and one vehicle only, and I left with that one vehicle.
