Shocking lack of coordination with other providers. This Is the second visit when Dr. S. Did not have information relevant to my case. First time: MRI data. Second time: physical therapist report. A "new computer system" was the excuse, but I cannot believe an old-fashioned phone call/email couldn't have gotten the info to the doctor before my visit. Clearly he and his staff have been aware of the problem for a long time, and just don't care enough about their patients to devise a workaround while it gets fixed.
I have seen Dr. Stephenson a couple of times this year (injury prone), and he has made each visit very calming and reassuring. You will feel like he cares about you the whole way through. I had an elbow injury, a tennis elbow on the other side, and a rotator cuff tear. I like how he does not suggest surgery immediately and seems to want to see if the body can heal through his suggestions. I am extremely happy and will tell you that he is one of the best in South Bay. I am very confident that you will have the same experience
MD STEPHENSON , been my doctor for a few yrs now had knee surgery Clean up help me alot , And is threatening both my eife and i for shoulder pain . Dr Stephenson listen to you. And always hits the right spot to help u feel better , he is a relax calm dr make you feel you in the right spot and always give u a option letting you know you are in control of the treatment more or less .. Best doctor ever.
