This guy is incompetent, not compassionate, terrible bedside manner, talks down to pts and treats them ignorant. Ignores, denies, covers up his own negligence by blaming a failed fusion on the patient, literally telling the patient numerous times 'you failed" Then when you call him out he calls to try to make amends from a personal, PHONE NUMBER not business line, which is super shady. Doctor Cataldo and his team were awesome. Very friendly, professional, always available to answer questions or address concerns, and the team was very caring. I had invasive spine surgery to repair a L4/L5 herniation and a fusion at L5/S1. It was a great experience with a quick recovery and I credit that to his entire team. Dr. Cataldo gave me a new lease on life! I had such pain in my back that I couldn’t go anywhere that required walking any distance.Dr.Cataldo explained the problem and what had to be done to fix my back. Dr. Cataldo and his fantastic team operated and the problem is fixed. It’s almost a year since my surgery and I feel fantastic! I highly recommend Dr. Cataldo and his team!!
I had a huge disc herniation at L4 L5. I did the shot but found no relief. I was so scared and full of anxiety before my surgical consult. Dr C took his time and explained every step. He doesn't do the surgery unless it is absolutely necessary! All doctors should take a lesson from this genuinely kind professional ethical doc! After surgery he was a phone call away!
