Dr. Ocel performed my 2nd ankle replacement; his on my RIGHT; Dr. Roger Mann did my LEFT - 13 years ago. Dr. Ocel is extremely knowledgeable about this procedure and accurately communicated what to expect & the recovery period. I totally trust his professional opinion concerning ankle surgery. He has a warm, friendly, encouraging bedside manner.
