Dr. Ocel is very compassionate and made me feel at ease. He is confident and knows what he's doing. My ankle surgery for loose tendons/ligaments and bone spurs went great and now my ankle is better than new.
I found this practice to be wonderful - from the time I first called for an appointment through the followup by the doctor. The whole staff is great. Dr. Ocel is caring and effective.
God I don't even know where to start when I just mention his name . He is my hero ! I love him!!! Amazing person so caring and he just want the best for his patient. I saw him in a very difficult time when I was treated with another doctor for almost a year! That other doctor strictly determine? that removing the bone in my foot is the only way and that I'll limb and loose balance for the rest of my life. Shortly because words are limited here. I can run today!!!
I'm absolutely thrilled with the results of the 2 bunion surgeries Dr. Ocel performed on my feet. First in Octt. 2016, left foot and then right foot in Jan. 2017. My feet look good and feel good. Dr. Ocel & the staff treated me and my husband with care and respect. I was sold on him after the initial visit. The surgeries both went extremely well. With a succession of. five follow-up visits per foot, to insure that the healing progressed wall, we are thankful for this entire experience.
If I was able to leave zero stars I would have. While I am sure Dr. Ocel is good at what he does in a surgical aspect, the incompetence I personally experienced with his PA, and with Cornerstone Ortho in general left much to be desired. Poor communication, and lack of follow up on even scheduling an appointment. The original individual who scheduled my first visit clearly hates the public as does the receptionist in the Superior office. She's real good at eye rolling if you are into that.
Dr. Ocel is great his staff is not! I have been hung up on talked down to and given the wrong information.
