Wonderful airport. Love all the shops and restaurants and massage chairs. Helps pass the time when your stuck in an airport for 4 hours, and it's very nice to look at.
Terrible, no signage, staff unhelpful, priority service non existent and not at all pleasant if you are unlucky enough to have a long stopover!!!
This was the best airport ever last year. Normally upgrades make something nicer or easier. HNL has spent big bucks to complicate and make it difficult. Why would someone or a committee vote to do this? Someone is getting rich for screwing it up. Where can I sign on to get rich to f up your airport?
If I could give it a zero I would. Rude staff. Understaffed. DISORGANIZED! Serious need of upgrading. I expect my bags to get lost.
Got forced to stay in one spot with uncomfortable chairs cause I got there too early for my flight. Nothing there to eat at night and the worst thing is I watched an airport employee go take a baggage cart from the section in front of the USO that said reserved for USO patrons and their Families
