Most unorganized and chaotic airport. It never changes and never gets better. Still the same problems each time I fly here.
It's been a few years, but I remember it as a great place! Aloha!
Leaving this airport on the aircraft is always pity. Need wifi support so badly.
Hawaii is Great and I don't want to leave! The people are nice!
Loved the feeling of the airport, but when I got to the baggage claim there were no baggage carts and the porters had several empty ones available for a small fee. They pulled all the luggage off the carousel and packed them so I couldn't get to my bag and had to move several other bags to get to it. Finally one porter threw a box in front of me trapping me in the maze of other luggage, so I slid it out of the way with my feet only to be yelled at not to touch other people's luggage. Smh.
