staff were friendly and helpful, going through customs was a breeze, LOTS of Aloha spirit freely flowing!
My experience on my first time being in Honolulu International Airport was feeling lost & confused! As a traveler, you have so many things in your mind. Workers who were standing around were not so helpful. They should greet everyone or anyone who are around them & offer help/assistance. As far as weighing your packages or luggage, they need to be more consistent on the extra weights. Some were allowed the extra lbs, & others needed to be exact or less. I appreciate the cleanliness.
