Only redeeming feature is that it gets me to Hawaii. But I may look at alternatives and fly from the mainland into Kona or Kahului instead. No aloha. Old, average facilities. Needs an upgrade and a hell of a lot more smiles
People are rude, no place to charge devices, and no WiFi while you wait. This place lots of updates.
You forgive the place because it is the tropics, but it could use a shine.
Flight delayed 6 hours because of crew availability.....REALLY???? Who didn't know they was suppose to come to work?!!!!!
