With our building being almost 100 years old, significant issues are bound to arise, and Danella has been critical in keeping the Melrose Park House a first-rate condominium. We have lived at the Green House for 10 years. In spite of our love for the building, we unfortunately for years felt that things were never changing for the better. Great Management Company! Anytime on any given day Laura Santangelo, the Community Association Manager, and her assistant Lisa Scarlett have made themselves available to handle any issue that arises. Laura has shown up at our building as early as 7 in the morning to as late as 10 PM handling issues. We couldn't ask for a better team! They are much appreciated and we don't know what we would do without them :-). KM
Danella manages our condo building in Philadelphia. A key criterion for evaluating performance is communication and follow-up and here Danella is to be commended. Older buildings, in particular, generate unexpected challenges that need attention. Our Danella management team -- specifically, Shanna and Lisa -- are consistently on top of operations, our budget, and everyday (as well as extraordinary) maintenance/construction projects, keeping residents well-informed on matters of concern.
