As a first-time renter living on my own, I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout my stay. Any requests or concerns were handled quickly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. My property manager Joy was especially amazing — we bonded over our love for dogs, and she made the process of bringing my adopted dog into the apartment so easy and welcoming. I’m very grateful for the positive experience and support during my time there.

I find it hard to believe the positive reviews reflect the level of service I experienced. As a property owner, I felt that this company provided very little value beyond collecting payments. Tenant communication was poor, maintenance and property issues were not handled in a timely manner, and requests for assistance often went unanswered. Bay property management group is a great management company. They managed an apartment we rented. They were easy to deal with and have a user friendly app where we could pay our bills. When it came to any maintenance needed they were quick to address it. Would definitely recommend.

We've been residents since December of 2025. The management is always friendly and responds quickly to issues. If there is anything issue with contractors they try to find different contractors quickly. Our washer broke this past weekend and they had a new one in within 2 days.
