Dannella manages my condo association. After a recent snow storm and they're inadequate snow "removal" services left there was roughly 1/4 inch of ice on walkways. When I called to report it and how I slipped carrying my newborn daughter I was given no answers as to what would be done to rectify the situation and only given attitude.
Sophia Reeves was always caring and kind whenever I had any questions that came up since I was new to the community. She was the first person to make me feel welcomed as well. Sometimes transitioning to a new home can be a little daunting in the beginning. However, with Professionals such as Sophia Reeves in place it helps out tremendously as she helped to alleviate some of the uncertainty with being a new resident. To this I applaud Sophia for such a great effort to show compassion, care, and kindness!
Eileen Kahn is always quick to provide assistance and answers to needs and questions regarding our unit. She has been helpful in this way since we moved in four years ago. We have been extremely pleased with her consistency and service from the start-thank you Eileen!

2022 was an extremely busy year for our condo association and Sarah nailed it doing an excellent job! Sarah is an asset to the community and board. She is organized and an excellent problem solver. She provides guidance to the board as well as providing ongoing communication to the community with quick response time to inquiries. She proposes new innovative ideas and wastes no time getting tasks accomplished!
