Lindsay and Blair were so fun and thorough and created a wonderfully safe space for aerial yoga today! I'll definitely be back!! I'd recommend to anyone!
From the moment I walked in everyone welcomed me and were happy I chose to start my yoga lifestyle with them. I started with Terri and it was amazing! Thank you to all the teachers and new friends I have met! Y’all are all so GREAT!
Everyone is wonderful. I did the aerial workshop and I do recommend it to anybody curious about it. It is soooo much fun
I love the aerial yoga class. It's fun along with the challenge. I could really feel the work out all over my body...The next day my core let me know I had worked the WHOLE CORE. Especially when riding my horse.
