After having an awful experience at another dentist in Wilmington, I called Dr. Shumate's office from a referral and was received a warm and caring administrator on the phone. She told me not to worry that she would handle everything with my prior dentist. She got the records from him and established an appointment with Dr. Shumate immediately.
