Dr. Shumate is exceptional! His skills are first rate and so is his personality! Yesterday I got two crowns and it was a comfortable experience. The end result astounds me. Both crowns feel like my natural teeth and I don't have any after effects from the procedures. Dr. Shumate is truly talented and keeps up with the latest techniques in dentistry. I can't imagine going to anyone else!
Even today... a wisdom tooth extraction...was a pleasant morning with Dr. Shumate and staff!
I feel like I am visiting with family every time I step in the office. The staff is professional and so caring. Dr. Shumate is wonderful. I Highly recommend him and his staff.. if you have anxiety visiting the dentist this is the place to be, you will leave calm and confident with a beautiful smile.
I would never have thought going to the dentist was something I'd write a positive review about; but Dr. Shumate and his entire staff make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Most importantly, everyone is dedicated, professional and talented. I've had extensive work done and have been totally happy with all of it.

Today I had the best hygienist. Super thorough. Took her time and got my teeth perfectly clean. Best I’ve had in 6 years here.
Whole staff was amazing, very professional but down to earth. Had extraction and implant…also had no pain and can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Shumate and his crew!
