Staff is professional and courteous from check in to check out.
Dr Shumate and his staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The office has a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. Everyone is very professional, but they also take their time caring for you so that your visit never feels rushed.
Great experience as always. From the front desk staff to the hygentists to Dr. Shipmate, all care for your comfort and make you feel relaxed and at ease thru your entire appointment.

Patient 4.5 years. Good practice. Still some damage from Hurricane Florence, but that is very common throughout Coastal NC. Whole staff makes up by being caring professionals.

First visit with a new RDH. Visit went very well. Made good use of my records and had a very pleasant appointment. Definitely a pro. Office was damaged in recent hurricane, but all the important equipment was functional, and the show went on. A great visit overall. Due to the storm, this was a reschedule, and that process went very smoothly.
