Dr. Shumate and his team are great. I have been going there since they opened and always recommend them.
I had a routine cleaning. I think the staff is wonderful!
They have a spectacular staff. From the moment I called to make my appointment through everything with the procedure. I have an unnatural fear of dentists and they always took that into consideration. Very thoughtful and caring. Made me comfortable. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family with a special shoutout to Abby who helped through the whole process. Thank you so much.
The past two times I went I felt like my cleaning was rushed and not very thorough. I like all the staff there but I can’t help how I have felt my past two visits. Also, I don’t care for the fact that now they can’t do appointments for every six months but every 9 months to a year due to how busy they are. Yet there is always a sign out front saying they are taking new patients. My insurance wants us to get cleanings/seen every 6 months. I love Dr. Shumate but my past two experiences have been discouraging.

We were there with my extremely dental phobic husband for a much delayed procedure. The effort the entire staff took to put him at ease was extraordinary. Dr. Shumate is outgoing, funny, thorough, kind and sincere. And a great dentist!!! I highly recommend this practice!!
I really liked my hygienist, Allison. She was very personable and gave me the most thorough cleaning I’ve had in a long time. Dr Shumate did not check my teeth afterwards; therefore, this evaluation is of Allison alone.
Dr. Shumate and his staff provide excellent care and are very professional.
I was only in for a cleaning and xrays. The hygienist was thorough. Dr.Shumate did an exam which was uneventful. I like that! Great dentist and dental practice. I've been a patient for 6 years.
