After buying our 2013 avenger and coming back and getting a 2010 journey. I brought my mother in law in and she bought a 2015 Journey! I would have to say that Pilson is great place to buy a vehicle! DeeDee was awesome and very helpful! Keep up the good work DeeDee and the entire pilson team!

We also would like to give our appreciation to Randy McDonald for helping us buy a new used car. It has proven to be a good car ,we have driven it for a year now. Everyone at the Charleston store treated us very well and we enjoyed our time there. Randy keeps in touch and we know he is there to help us if we need it. Randy McDonald has been my salesperson since 2010. He has always worked hard to make sure I had, not only the best deal, but mostly the vehicle I was looking for. I purchased my 2015 Fusion from Randy in May 2015 after my car accident in April. He was so patient waiting for all the insurance to come through. Not only Randy, but all the Pilson's staff! A huge shout out to all of you at Pilson's! Thank you so much for helping me through a time of rental cars and insurance red tape!
The mechanic who took a customers car in floored it and squealed the tires!! I SURE HOPE my car doesnt fet drove like that. And I got treated like dirt from a woman named Tammy. Which I heard she happens to be quite rude to everyone. Although in the end a mam named john did Us right. Thankful for him. But as for the others definitely NOT PLEASED!!!
