The customer service is only good til you get out the door with the new vehicle. I bought an 09 journey with "guaranteed reliability". 5 months later it's in the shop and the transmission had to be either replaced or rebuilt and the shop says it's going to be a minimum of $2400. I have no vehicle to get back and forth to work, I'm still paying the car payments, and I somehow have to come up with the money for a new transmission cause Pilson refuses to help in any way. I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was here. The lady with the crazy makeup and 2 inch nails in service was also completely useless and unknowledgeable. I will take my business to KC Summers where they are helpful and know what they are talking about.
