We had a great buying experience with Chris Miller. He searched and found the perfect van for us. He gave us a NO HASSLE experience and was so nice. When we picked up our Pacifica he went over everything with us and explained everything. He also paired our phone to Bluetooth. We could not have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle. Bad experience with the service department. Had my car 3 weeks, only updates on it were when I called them. $1800 later, and 2 of the 3 problems weren't even addressed, the AC that was "fixed" quit working today- in 87 degree weather! Horrible experience!
We've now bought 6 cars from the Pilson group and Tracey Hardesty. Everybody so helpful and easy going. Mike Crews also so polite and makes sure everything is going good. A+ great place to buy from!
