My son has been trying for the better part of a week to get a truck at pilson's. After a few days of the run around his uncle went with him to help him out.after my brother spoke with them they lowered the price of the vehicle, then insisted my son needed a co- signer. When he preferred to get the loan for himself they increased the price back to the original quote which was a $2000 difference. Shopped around and found a great deal and the best service at Pilson! Definitely worth the hour and a half drive! Don't bother sending an email. That was super slow. Our salesperson at the store, Bree, was awesome!

Place is absolute horrible! They've had our jeep more than we have. After a month in the shop with a transmission and bcm swap they deliverd the vehicle to us less than 24 hours later guess what yup its broke down again same problems it spent a month in the shop to fix.Stay clear of this place you'll regret it!
Pilsons auto centers has the most competitive prices, and great service. Would recommend to everyone!
Parents had an over heated Dodge Journey towed to Pilson's on Tuesday. They were told it would be looked at that day or the next morning. Dad called around noon on Wednesday. They had not looked at it. Would look at it that day. Long story...Pilson's had their vehicle until the following Monday for a 3 hour job. If you use their service dept. Make notes of who you talk to and FOLLOW UP!
Place is nothing short of a joke. Not only did they offer crap for my trade in but for the second time their advertized price was wrong when it came time to sell their car.
