I guess because I found a vehicle at another dealership my question didn’t warrant a response, when I called initially it was difficult to get ahold of someone. Finally after repeated calls and an email I spoke with someone concerning GAP insurance on the previous vehicle that we purchased from Pilson, Lesson learned : if you don’t buy from Pilson you won’t be considered as a customer or potential customer. Message received
It feels like yesterday I bought my Jeep from Kristy Goeckner. She was very helpful and patient. Never once was I cornered or pressured like some salesmen and women try and make you feel. The experience was very pleasant and the service was great. Thank you to all at Pilson and especially you Kristy!
