We bought a car here salesperson was Tracey Hardesty She was great to work with very helpful
This was my first purchase from Pilsons. A friend recommended them to me. I bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT. I love it. My salesman Chris Miller was great to work with. Not pushy at all and found me exactly what I wanted to a T. I was in and out of there in probably about an hour, From the start of the test drive to the signing of all the paperwork. I would do business here again.
Mattoon pilsons (ford store) can kick rocks you’d think after buying a car from there and them telling on themselves that they caused the problem with my car, They’d be more then happy to help me fix my car especially after only having it a year and having a warranty but no not at all I got treated like I was dumb and very rudely. What this store has to take into consideration is you should value your customers that’s what makes them want to return for more business but they will never see my business again. Service was great . 3rd car I had bought there from Alex Penn. He was friendly , knowledgeable and very polite . I love Pilson’s ! They are the best!!
I have got 2 cars from pilson now. My first experience wasn't the greatest easy. Simple things, simple fixes! My second experience with Tracy Hardesty was amazing, super fast was only there for a couple hours and got to leave in my 2014 jeep compass! And for alot lower payments then expected to pay! I will be going back when it's time for a new one.
