I walked into Pilson's Chrysler/Jeep in Mattoon after driving 2 hours to be greeted by warm smiles, and matching handshakes, then introduced to a young man by the name of Billy Thompson. Enthusiasm, respect and knowledge was the order of the afternoon. Long story short, I walked in knowing which car I wanted and 3 1/2 hours later I drove away with my car. Efficient. Many thanks guys!
