I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the service department. I bought from a different dealership a year ago and after dealing with their service department I will never buy from them again. I’ve only bought from pilsons for over 20 years so I didn’t realize how far they went to give great service. Until now and wow am I sorry I bought from the other large dealership here in town. So Thank you pilsons service department for doing a great job!!!!!

We bought one vehicle and it turned out to be not so good and we went out and spoke to them and they made it right.
Just picked up my 2018 Ford Edge and am very pleased with my purchase. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Tracey Hardesty, a great sales lady. She never makes you feel intimidated or rushed when purchasing a vehicle and if you ever have any issues with the service department, give her a call and she is “Johnny on the Spot” to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. She takes care of her customers and we will continue to go to her when looking to buy a vehicle.
