Everyone was nice and helpful.. I think they need more help at surgery registration early in the morning.. I would think that they would look at the surgery schedule and match it up registration workers...
My mom had a heart attack & EMS took her there. I didn't want her there since it was unfamiliar territory but so far the experience has been great! The cardiologist, (I can not recall his name), was AWESOME! He took his time with me & my son to explain everything & to answer my questions. I really did appreciate that especially during an emotional time. The cath lab tech & nurse were awesome at keeping us informed also. I was rushed here yesterday to the ER. 1. One of the nurses in the ER was rude towards my mom. 2. I asked for a pillow because I was uncomfortable and the nurse said ok, but left the room went to the nurses station and started talking about tilapia for lunch and never brought my pillow. 3. I was discharged and asked for a wheelchair and the nurse kept questioning me basically telling me I don't need one. If I'm having muscle spasms and it hurt s to walk, I believe I need a wheelchair.

Went Sunday baby had ear infection fever nurses were nice cant say same bout the doc he was kinda rude like he didnt care guess he didnt feel like working that day r maybe he needed some coffee r something next time i rather wait at children's:\
My wife had knee surgery and they took very good care of her gave her lots of attention and make sure she got everything she needed I would definitely go back there the nurses were very nice and kind
