After getting a CAC score and paying the advertised $60 in January of this year, I received two letters from Singleton Associates stating that I owe $675 for such service. I called Dallas Medical Center twice and was told it would be taken care of. Today 9/03/19, after almost 8 months of dealing with this, I received a letter from a collections agency on behalf of Singleton Associates. Something dirty is going in on here. If my credit gets dmaged because of this fraud, it's time to get the lawyers involved.
The emergency room doctors are very rude and mean. I went there because of very high blood pressure. My doctor sent because my blood pressure was so that I could of had a stroke. The emergency room said they don't treat high blood pressure and they care what was wrong with me. I was sent with high blood pressure on discharge. I came home and my blood pressure was very high again and I nearly had a heart attack!
It was horrible. I was there 6 days and I never got a bath. I’m an oxygen patient and part of my treatment plan was to get me off the oxygen. Not likely to happen. They gave me a pill I was allergic to, but then didn’t want to give me anything to reverse the side effects. They didn’t carry my heart medicine so I had to use my meds from home. I will never set foot in this place again.
